The complex will open branches of the largest chains for furniture, design, electrical appliances, ceramics, sanitary ware, curtains, handles, wallpaper and more. “The Design City complex is expected to become Jerusalem’s next business center and will serve a population of 1.5 million customers from the city of Jerusalem and its environs,” the company says, “The marketing of commercial space in the complex is at its peak and is expected to be populated within two years. Among the large furniture chains that will open in the complex – Natuzzi Atelier, Nicoletti, Dr. Gav, Italsupa and Clea Italia, Hollandia and more.”
The complex will be built on 53 dunams of land with a total investment of about NIS 400 million. Its design has been entrusted to responsible designers and planners from all over the world and will be inspired by the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas USA.

Hanoch Kass, owner of the Design City complex: “We noticed that in Jerusalem there is a lack of a shopping complex that provides a solution for all the needs in one place, just like the large shopping complexes abroad, so we decided to pick up the gauntlet and give Jerusalemites and in general the residents of the area one huge shopping complex with a special design that is unparalleled in Israel, I am sure and believe that the restaurant complex will come from all over the country because it is something that does not exist. In fact, we intend to concentrate all the shopping for the house under one roof and give Jerusalemites and residents of the area an experience A purchase that has not yet been seen in the country. We expect that more than 1.5 million visitors will come to the shopping complex every year who will seek to enjoy the experience.”
